Can you pay for product monthly?

Yes, you can pay monthly. To do this, select the 'Monthly' option on the Pricing page, and then you can pay for the use of Ace's features once a month.

How does our pricing work?

Pricing depends on the number of users that you have in your workspace. We call it the user tier. If you qualify for custom pricing, book a call with our sales team.

What if I change my mind?

If you have paid for an annual subscription and within 30 days of payment you want to delete your account, you will be able to receive a prorated refund. We will automatically refund you the balance of the original purchase amount. Delete your account in the Setting & Billing section and you will be automatically credited with a refund. If you have any questions, please contact me with the help button in the app.

Can I change my plan?

You can always select another plan as you go.

How secure is Ace product?

The security of customer data is our top priority. We use high technical, physical and procedural safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of data, and we strictly comply with applicable laws.

Do you have mobile apps?

No, we have it on a roadplan for 2023.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if I have multiple accounts?

You need a plan for each account that you have at Ace. You can manage as many workspaces as you want.

How am I billed if I add new members?

Ace bills you based on user tier. Find available tiers on Pricing page.

What happens if I cancel?

You're free to cancel at anytime! When you do, your current plan will last until the end of your billing cycle, unless you choose to downgrade immediately.
